The Vision

• KEM is family church we believe that we have been chosen by God here in Medway, to share the love Jesus Christ with each other and also with our community, and with blessing He has bestowed upon us we will serve our community the glory of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• We trust in God for people who have committed themselves to God, having exchanged their old kingdom for a new kingdom with God, spending time daily and weekly with Him.
• We believe God for a network of home groups within our church providing support, encouragement and accountability to our members as they seek to grow in Christ’s likeness.  These groups will continue to be led by trained pastors and leaders who lovingly lead, feed and care for those in their care.
• We dream of life development institute for our members, offering a balanced program of bible studies, classes, topical seminars and annual conferences for building knowledge, prospective, conviction, skills and character.
• To equip saints for their ministry in the church and life mission in the world to magnify God’s name, we believe God for teacher training programs that produces experts in individual bible books, doctrine, apologetics and Christian growth.
• We dream of an age-appropriate life development process, that leads our Sunday school children and youth to love Jesus and His church and to grow spiritually.
• To have a project for care in the community for the less fortunate, we want to build schools, a rehabilitation centre, a clinic and football team for our children and the community, because we believe that the gifts and talents are given by God.
• The goal of this vision is to bring glory to God and we believe we will achieve this vision by the help and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Hebrews 13:6

Mission Statement

• We at Kingdom Exchange Ministries are committed to totally surrender to God in all areas of our lives; we endeavour to give Him all the praise, glory and honour that is due to Him, as our Lord of all.  We are seeking first the kingdom of our God and His righteousness…(Matthew 6:33)
• The kingdom of God must be the central life focus that every member of KEM should seek and align with in order to know the full and abundant life that come through Christ our Lord.
• We are committed to the greatest commandment in the law.  Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind” Matthew 22:37-40 and also committed to the great commission.  Then Jesus came to them and said “all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me” therefore go and make disciples of all nations.
• We want to be kingdom-focused church by teaching, evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, worship; these five functions are why we need to enrich God’s people.
• We at KEM mean business for God, we pray and believe God that it will be a place where lives are exchanged from darkness into God’s light and a place where God’s peace would reign, with our testimony.  We can be an ambassador for Christ, by bringing people into God’s eternal family.
